I am a very relaxed teacher. I take my time to get to know all of my students and give them room to learn about me so we can foster a totally comfortable and collaborative environment together. I am very gentle, kind, and humorous while still maintaining the ability to be direct about the ways I want you to improve! I want to be someone you can trust with this beautiful and amazing instrument, and that comes first before anything!

An intro call is a great way for us to see if we are a good fit for each other. Just as much as I want to make sure my student is a good fit for me and my teaching style, I want to make sure that I am someone you can trust to grow with when it comes to confidence, objectivity in music, and subjectivity in sound.

Yes, and both are detailed in the contract that every student and parent will sign.
Cancellations for single lessons are NOT charged as long as you cancel within 48 hours of the session. After that 48 hour window has passed, you will be charged for half of the lesson.
Cancellations for biweekly or weekly lessons will NOT be charged as long as you cancel and reschedule within 24 hours. After 24 hours, a $50 fee will be charged.
No shows will be charged for the full lesson, no exceptions.
Geez, that all sounds so harsh! I hate this part. Please please PLEASE don’t sign the contract if this isn’t something you can adhere to! I love all my students dearly, and totally understand that things come up. At the same time, I also have to consider my business and livelihood. Thanks a million for understanding!
